Enquiries and agreeing a project
Sending a form is an enquiry and does not create a paid booking. Scope, total price, timing, deliverables and payment arrangements will be agreed in writing before work begins. The website does not collect payment.
Listed packages cover creation of the advert. Paid advertising spend and ad-management services are not included. Additional work will be discussed and priced before it is carried out.
Concepts, revisions and delivery
Starter includes one revision; Business and Premium include two. Revisions refine the agreed concept. Changes to the original brief or additional concepts may require a separate agreement. Bundle and monthly revision allowances, formats, and how the Premium package’s two hooks are delivered must be confirmed in the written scope.
Turnaround depends on the project and availability and is agreed before work starts. Delays in supplying material or feedback may affect the agreed schedule.
Your materials and final content
Please supply accurate business and product information and only materials you have permission to use. Tell the creator about required disclaimers, sector rules, factual product details and brand restrictions. Review the final content for accuracy before publication.
Usage rights, music and asset licences, any platform restrictions, source-file delivery and whether work may be shown in the portfolio will be agreed in writing. No automatic permission to publish customer source files or private briefs is implied.
Results and platform requirements
NextFrame Ads does not guarantee views, leads, sales, followers or platform approval. Distribution, targeting, advertising policies, offers and other factors influence results. Where synthetic presenters or generated scenes are used, any required disclosure and platform requirements should be confirmed for the intended use.
Payment, cancellation and monthly work
No cancellation, refund, deposit or minimum-term rules have been supplied yet. These must be agreed and provided before a customer commits to a project. Monthly enquiries do not begin an automatic subscription.

These draft terms do not remove any applicable statutory rights. Consumer cancellation rights, where applicable, and any request to start work within a cancellation period must be addressed before accepting an order.
