The enquiry form collects your name, business name, email address, optional telephone number and web or social links, project brief, package choice and uploaded files. The review form collects your name, business name, email address, package, rating and written feedback.
Security checks may process a short-lived, hashed network identifier and submission counts to limit spam. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your brief or files.
How information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to you, discuss a proposed service and manage an agreed project. The intended lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and fulfilling that contract if you proceed. Spam prevention and service security rely on legitimate interests in protecting the service. The owner must confirm and document these bases before launch.
Review publication relies on your permission. Approved reviews show your name, business, rating, package, review and submission date. Email addresses are never published. You can request withdrawal of a published review using the privacy contact above.
Enquiries and uploaded source files are private to the owner. They are not displayed as portfolio work automatically. No marketing mailing list is created by either form.
